Charles Park Plaza, a shopping mall on the Airport and Bemis streets in Fitchburg, sold for just under $ 1.7 million.

The 21,000-square-foot space was bought by a company registered with two business people: Lance Dellogono of Orange, a principal of Silver Lining Investments, and Sean Morrison, owner of Conquest Video, an adult entertainment store in Fitchburg. It was previously owned by a company registered only with Dellogono.

The Charles Park Plaza includes a Gourmet Donuts, Mill City Pub, Kiki’s Kitchen, the LUXE Beauty Bar and the In and Out Convenience Store.

The deal for the course, which was built in 1990, was closed on September 17th. The location on 19-49 Airport Road covers nearly 2.5 acres. It was last estimated by the city of Fitchburg at just under 1.3 million US dollars.
