Guilford County, NC – As part of its efforts to provide holistic support to families, the Guilford Parent Academy (GPA) is offering two virtual sessions to share information about adult education, employment and training opportunities at the Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC).

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 2, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and on Wednesday, February 3, from 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

During the sessions, Claire Ricci, the school’s adult education dean, will introduce many free options, including online and face-to-face courses at the GTCC’s adult education department. Attendees will also learn about Food Nutrition Services’ employment and training program that helps adults apply, register, and earn coursework. Classes are offered in English and other languages.
