TikTok proprietor Bytedance mentioned in a social media submit on Sunday that it was the primary time it had heard within the information it was organising a $5 billion training fund in the US.

U.S. President Donald Trump mentioned he had authorised a deal, which included a $5 billion training fund, to permit TikTok to proceed to function in the US.
